What is VoIP?
VoIP is short for Voice-over Internet Protocol, and enables people with a broad-band Internet connection to make very inexpensive national and international telephone calls - 10c or less (un-timed) to anywhere in Australia - and as little as 3 cents a minute to many countries.
Phone-Card
If you don't have VoIP but are looking for an inexpensive way to participate in the weekly Tele-Seminars, consider purchasing a Phone-Card - but make make sure it is compatible with Tele-Conferencing Bridge Numbers. The only one that we know of that is compatible, is the 'South Asia' Phone-Card available through Telephone Cards Australia (www.telephonecards.com.au).
No, we're not on a 'kick-back' from these guys, but they gave us such great service when trying to source a compatible phone card that we've decided to give them a mention - plus we might be able to save you a lot of hard yakka in sussing out a suitable card. The 'South Asia' card call cost is 3c per minute to the USA, so the cost of 'attending' a one-hour Tele-Seminar is only $1.80 - time and money well spent!
